For this program, one must apply for entry into both the Graduate School and the specific MS Program. Thus, some application materials go directly to the Graduate School and others go to the Director of the Program in the Biology Department.

1. Graduate School Admission
a. Submit an admissions application for Graduate
School admissions.
There are two options:
i.
Online application www.csumentor.edu
ii.
Alumni application available in Graduate School Office or it can be downloaded
from
http://www.csustan.edu/Graduate_School/Pages/Admissions-Publications-Forms/index.html
2. Graduate School Application Fee. A $55 application fee is required.
3. Transcripts
a. If you are a CSU Stanislaus graduate and have not attended elsewhere since your graduation, the Graduate School does not need an additional copy of your transcripts for admission.
b. If you are not a CSU Stanislaus graduate, or are a graduate who has attended elsewhere since your graduation, please submit One Official Transcript from ALL Colleges You Have Attended or are Attending. Official refers to transcripts that are submitted to the Graduate School in a sealed envelope. Your transcripts must indicate degrees earned. Mail to Graduate School address at bottom of page.

1. Resume with cover letter (indicating career aspirations and research interests).
2. Three letters of recommendation from university faculty members and/or employers if appropriate.
3. GRE General Exam scores. Conditional entry is possible before taking the exam with the requirement that it be taken within six months of entry.
