Measure plants.

Collect and analyze data for Scientific Method.
Turn in graphs for today's lab (10 points).

3/10-12

Sexual Reproduction, Meiosis, Genetics.

3/17-19

Evolution and Natural Selection, Genetic Drift.
Dress for outdoors, bring calculator
Scientific method report due  (20 points).

3/24-28

Spring break: no labs.

3/31-4/2

Only the Tuesday and Wed lab sections meet for video and work sheet. Monday people may come to other lab sections or watch video at library, or do this exercise on May 19.

Monera, Fungi, Protista.

5/19

Only the Monday lab section will meet for video and work sheet.

 

You are expected to attend laboratory every week. Quizzes consist of short answer and lab practical type questions. In addition, you may be asked to hand in graphs or data sheets. There is one lab report on the Scientific Method worth 20 points. There will be no make-up quizzes. Some extra credit opportunities such as the Tree Identification exercise, will be made available in lab.
