Today I did about 25 miles at Annadel with Impy (Colette), UncleMTB (Tim), Cohenfive (Richard), Lemonhead (Anita) and Crashmaster (Andy). This was my first time riding with Crashmaster and Lemonhead. Crashmaster rode a Single Speed with sandals so enough said! Lemonhead is also quite good, and she seemingly floats above the trail, barely breaking a sweat or soiling her bike. I'd been sick with a cold for about 10 days but with surgery upcoming in a few days I had to get in at least one more ride. Consequently, I was even slower than usual, and often way behind, so I couldn't get many photos of the rest of the group. We went up Richardson and South Burma, down Lawndale, up Schultz and Ridge, back down South Burma, half way down North Burma and across Live Oak, then down Orchard and Cobblestone. Although I was a bit slow my skills were the best ever and I cleaned a lot of stuff I've never been able to do. In 25+ miles I only had to get off the bike a handful of times. I even did a few little jumps. Here is the map.

Impy is moving south soon and I'll be off the bike for six weeks so I probably won't see her again until next summer. I met her about a year ago and she has taken me on some great rides and introduced me to many great people whom I now consider friends, especially UncleMTB. She is a really nice person and a lot of fun to ride with. If you get the opportunity to ride with her, no matter your skill level, you definitely should.
